1. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

2. Exchange Policy (Defective Items Only)

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges are not applicable for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Fit issues

    • Material or fabric preference

    • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

⚠️ No refunds are provided. Only exchange is allowed for defective items.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any exchange.

  • The video must:

    • Start from opening the sealed package

    • Clearly show the product and the defect

    • Be recorded without any cuts or edits

  • Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.

4. Quality Assurance

All products undergo proper inspection and secure packaging before dispatch to ensure they are defect-free.

5. Size Responsibility

Customers are requested to refer to the size guide and size measurement tutorial video before placing an order.
Size-related issues are not eligible for exchange or return.

6. Exchange Request Timeline

    • Defective item issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

7. Final Decision

The approval of any exchange request is subject to verification by our quality team.
The company’s decision will be final and binding.
